Located in Village of Tequesta in Florida, Tequesta Trace was built by Centex Homes (now Pulte Group) between 2001 and 2003 with a southern main entrance off of Tequesta Drive and a western entrance off of Old Dixie Highway (map & nearby facilities). Within minutes one can walk down to the Intercoastal Waterway and the Jupiter Lighthouse, and the Atlantic Ocean beaches plus Jupiter Inlet are just a short drive away. Our community is only steps away from the Post Office, Library, clinic, drug stores, banks, restaurants, churches and shopping areas. Residents are of all ages and come from many walks of life.

 

The condominium complex consists of 134 units disbursed in 16 two story residential buildings all located on Lighthouse Circle. There are six basic units including a 2nd floor 2 Bed/2Bath, 1st or 2nd floor 3 Bed/2 Bath, 2nd floor 3 Bed/2½ bath townhouse with or without a loft (Floor Plans). Each unit has a garage, washer / dryer utility closet, smoke alarms and private security system, plus building-wide fire sprinkler system (other unit features). Each residential building is at an 18 foot elevation and the community is one of the first feed-offs from a nearby electrical sub-station.

Security Surveillance - For our new and prospective residents, you should know that Tequesta Trace employs local patrol service to survey the complex in random 2 to 4-hour shifts. They watch for suspicious activity, parking violations and other rule violations that can affect the safety and security of our residents and their property. Local Police also take the time to cruise through often while on duty as well. We are grateful for their presence and their interest in our community.

Fire Sprinkler Alarm System and Hydrants - The fire alarm system was up-graded in 2013 to a wireless fire alarm system with bi-directional RF communications with secondary polling that provides a secure and reliable network that is monitored. In addition to the community’s 7 fire hydrants, each building has its own fire sprinkler line with an external fire line hook-up at its water backflow assembly.
